Dynamic Communication
Have you ever been mismanaged?
What effect did it have on your personal productivity?
A mismanaged employee becomes disengaged, contributing very little to the success of their assignments. In many work environments, much of the employees’ human capital is spent on relationship issues, diverting their focus from excelling at work.
Is your staff disengaged?
Disengaged employees tend to drag down other employees and customers. According to recent Gallop studies, the cost of employee disengagement to U.S. employers is a staggering $300 billion dollars annually!
How much is disengagement costing your organization? Properly managed or engaged employees usually take fewer sick days and generate an average of 43% more revenue.
Mismanaged employees feel disempowered and not trusted. Comprehending how a person likes to interact with his/her environment and their communication preferences is the first step to gaining rapport and trust with an individual. Your effectiveness with people will increase dramatically when you have a good understanding of temperament.
When you understand the communication and relationship preferences of a person, and find a way to work with those preferences, you will be amazed at the transformation right before your eyes. What you once thought was inadequate in the employee, you now find to be very much what the job needed. The only thing that changed was a new paradigm of thought!

DISC Training for County Staff
“I just wanted to drop you this note regarding the Communication Skills Workshop that you did for McCulloch County. We continue to see great results from the program! I can’t thank you enough for the improvement!
Immediately after the workshop, we experienced a decrease in workplace tension between employees, and between elected officials and staff. Productivity skyrocketed! All of us learned to be more accepting of others’ communication styles and to use their own styles to the best advantage in the organization. Now, months after the completion of the program, we are still reaping the benefits.”
Jim, I wish that every organization, family, church or team could be exposed to this training. I will certainly recommend you at every opportunity. Again, thanks for the great job and more importantly, for the great results.
