Customer Contact Point Assessment

A list is generated of all the possible contact points a customer has with your business or organization. It includes visual, auditory, sometimes olfactory (smell), tactile (touch), and taste. You are encouraged to monitor these touch points on a regular basis to make sure everything is in favor of the customer. Recommendations are made for improvement and good points are validated.

Customer Loyalty Surveys
