Our Approach

We know that we are not a match for everyone or every assignment. When working with a new client, we ask these questions:

  • Can we really meet your goals and expectations?
  • Is there someone more qualified than us for your need?
  • Will the end result be big enough to justify the fee?
  • Is the client looking for a quick fix? Quick fixes rarely work.
  • How are we going to define what needs to be done—interviews, surveys, etc?

We like to be considered as a partner. Good partnerships are based on developing superior relationships and excellent communication. We provide extra communication to keep you informed as we progress. Partnering infers a collaborative approach. We want your involvement to be as much or as little as you wish.

We make sure that we have the client’s best interest at heart by carefully planning each project. Good planning=good results. Your training goals are attainable through our 5 step process for creating valuable, content rich meetings.

  • Planning: Objectives and goal planning point the training in the right direction. Surveys may be a part of this process.
  • Participant Buy-In: The participants need to know the facilitator before the training sessions begin—telephone calls, voice mail recordings, email, and sometimes in person when possible. This sparks interest in the upcoming workshop.
  • Customized Presentation: Our programs are focused specifically on the participant’s needs with a cornucopia of take-a-ways.
  • Post Meeting Reinforcement: Major principles are reviewed after the participants have had a chance to give them a test run. This can be done via email, teleconference, or telephone with select individuals, or a combination of the above.
  • Post Meeting Review: Five to six weeks after workshop series completion, a review of the objectives and goals will be conducted with our client to determine effectiveness. We work hard to meet the planned objectives. Like you, we want results.
  • About Our Testimonials: Most companies gather comments/testimonials at the end of a workshop. Many times we receive written comments two months to a year after the project is completed, which speaks for our training’s lasting impact.
